The scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting of the "micro-channel continuous flow technology of sulfenamide promoter TBBS series products" jointly developed by Kemai and Changzhou University was held in Tianjin recently. The appraisal meeting was organized by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. The experts who participated in the review were Li Yongwu, former president of the ᱟᱰᱟᱢᱥ, ᱟᱨᱟᱵᱤᱭᱟᱱ, ᱟᱨᱟᱵᱤᱭᱟᱱ, ᱟᱨᱟᱵ, 1990, ᱟᱨ ᱮᱴᱟᱜ ᱠᱚ ᱢᱩᱫᱽ ᱨᱮ ᱜᱨᱟᱱᱰ, ᱟᱨᱟᱵᱤᱭᱟ, ᱡᱮᱥᱤᱠᱟ, ᱟᱨᱟᱵᱤᱭᱟ, ᱟᱨᱟᱵᱤᱭᱟᱱ, ᱟᱨ ᱮᱴᱟᱜ ᱠᱚ ᱢᱩᱫᱽ ᱨᱮ ᱢᱮᱱᱟᱜ ᱠᱚᱣᱟ, ᱚᱱᱟ ᱠᱚ ᱢᱩᱫᱽ ᱨᱮ ᱢᱤᱫ ᱫᱚ ᱦᱩᱭᱩᱜ ᱠᱟᱱᱟ᱾ 1911 ᱨᱮ ᱟᱨ ᱟᱭᱢᱟ ᱴᱮᱠᱱᱚᱞᱚᱡᱤ ᱠᱚ ᱫᱚ ᱟᱠᱚᱣᱟᱜ ᱯᱨᱚᱡᱮᱠᱴ ᱨᱮ ᱟᱭᱢᱟ ᱞᱮᱠᱟᱱ ᱴᱮᱠᱱᱚᱞᱚᱡᱤ ᱠᱚ ᱧᱮᱞ ᱠᱟᱛᱮ ᱟᱨ ᱱᱟᱶᱟ ᱠᱟᱹᱢᱤ ᱠᱚ ᱞᱟᱹᱜᱤᱫ ᱢᱤᱫ ᱥᱮᱬᱟ ᱠᱟᱹᱢᱤ ᱠᱟᱱᱟ᱾

At the review meeting, the participating experts listened to the technical research report of the project, and reviewed the technical data such as the scientific research report, test report and economic benefit analysis. It believed that the project initiated the microchannel reaction of the sulfonamide accelerator TBBS and other products. The technology has built a thousand-ton-class device, which is efficient, clean and safe compared with the kettle-type and batch processes. The appraisal committee believes that the results are technologically advanced and technologically innovative, reaching the international advanced level, with remarkable technical and social benefits, high promotion value, and unanimous approval for passing the appraisal.

By designing a unique microchannel reactor, the reaction time was shortened from about 1.5 hours to 3 seconds, and the liquid holding capacity was as low as 0.1‰ of the traditional process. The continuous and automation level was significantly improved. The project solves many problems such as low yield of traditional process, difficult to handle three wastes, and high safety risks. ᱱᱚᱣᱟ ᱫᱚ ᱥᱟᱹᱨᱤ ᱟᱨ ᱨᱩᱠᱷᱤᱭᱟᱹ ᱟᱨ ᱨᱩᱠᱷᱤᱭᱟᱹ ᱨᱮᱭᱟᱜ ᱥᱚᱨᱥ ᱠᱷᱚᱱ ᱚᱰᱚᱠ ᱠᱟᱛᱮ, ᱚᱱᱟ ᱨᱮᱭᱟᱜ ᱚᱨᱡᱚ ᱫᱚ ᱥᱟᱹᱨᱤ ᱜᱮ ᱵᱟᱹᱲᱤᱡ ᱜᱮᱭᱟ᱾
